Theresa wasn't just another customer - she was a good friend who always provided me with a cup of tea, a biccy and a good old 'chin wag', every Monday afternoon around 4pm. We talked about our families, holiday plans, our jobs (she was a Sainsbury's supa-girl!), and all kinds of gossipy things. Usually when I was there David and Connor would come home from school, and Chris would come in from his job. Theresa had time for everyone, and even though she was chatting to me, the boys would always get a hug and a kiss, and perhaps a shout to get on with homework and stop bickering! She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
